WPW Management Corporation was established in Houston, Texas in 1976 by Eugene Werlin and his partners to manage their own investment properties. Their enterprise rapidly broadened in scope as the corporation took on the management of investment properties for other individuals and for numerous lending institutions. This momentum has carried WPW into the twenty-first century with an outstanding portfolio of its own along with properties which it effectively manages and leases for other individuals, and a proven track record in representing both buyers and sellers of commercial real estate properties.

Gene Werlin began building shopping centers in Houston in 1973. In founding WPW Management Corporation, he made a commitment to maintain and even increase the value of their commercial real estate properties by improving and maintaining the appearance of their centers and by leasing to an effective tenant mix.

WPW Management Corporation, and its affiliate WPW Realty Advisors, has extended this commitment to the centers it manages and leases for others as well. WPW currently manages or leases nearly 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space with this commitment in mind. WPW has managed centers for large lending institutions and for smaller concerns and individual investors as well. In addition to the properties currently controlled by WPW, over the last thirty-five years they have owned, managed, leased, or sold in excess of 2,000,000 square feet.
